Insurance Participation and Financial Policy

We are an in-network contract provider for both Delta Dental and Cigna. For patients with these insurances, only a co-pay is due at the time of service.

We are also a Veterans benefits provider. As a veteran, no co-pay is due.

Insurance claims are filed in our office on your behalf. Please note that any remaining cost is your responsibility.

For all other insurance carriers, payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company. The insurance carrier will send the appropriate reimbursement directly to you.
