Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. In order to make payments convenient for our customers, we offer several payment options.

We are currently in network with:
  • Delta Dental Insurance
  • Cigna Dental Insurance

We will do our best to verify your insurance benefits prior to treatment and will only collect your estimated patient portion at the time of service.

For all other dental insurance plans, we will again do our best to contact your insurance provider to verify coverage and estimate your patient portion prior to treatment. The patient portion will be due at the time of treatment. As a courtesy, we will file your claim with your dental insurance provider. If the insurance coverage has been over-estimated, you will receive a refund. If the estimated insurance coverage is less than expected, our office will bill you for the remaining balance. To find out if we participate with your insurance plan, please call our office and speak with the Insurance Coordinator.

If you do not have dental insurance, we accept payment in the form of cash, credit cards, personal check, and Care Credit.

Finance charges are applied to all accounts 30 days past due.
All fees are the responsibility of the patient, including finance charges.
